Behavior Technician (BT) (entry level)

Entry level BT positions require no certification or training prior to joining the team. Our ideal candidate exhibits and aligns with our company core values of positivity, perseverance and teamwork. We seek caring individuals who are reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with children. Prior childcare experience such as teaching or babysitting is helpful (but not required).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

CACLG pays for all behavior technicians to become certified as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) within the first 90 days of employment.

Registered Behavior Technicians enjoy all the same benefits as BTs, as well as:

  • Opportunities to advance through an exciting level system with continued training and pay increases
  • Gain leadership skills and experience in mentoring peers
  • Opportunities to advance into supervisory roles (Case Assistant)
  • RBT supervision hours are managed and overseen by onsite BCBAs
  • Case Managers work onsite full time, allowing for continuous support and mentorship

Case Assistant

Case Assistants support Case Managers in program development and case supervision. Case Assistants are in training to become behavior analysts and accumulate supervised hours toward their credential while they complete their master's program.

Case Assistants enjoy all the same benefits as RBTs, as well as:

  • Minimal driving required due to treatment primarily taking place at the center
  • Training hours supervised under a BCBA with regular competency checks toward mastery of behavior analytic skills
  • On-site mentorship and training from colleagues and BCBAs
  • Weekly clinical meetings and continuing education
  • Annual professional development stipend to attend industry conferences or workshops
  • Paid study time before BCBA exam
  • Comprehensive health benefits, life insurance, and 401k plan with employer contributions

Case Manager (BCBA)

Our center-based model allows for regular collaboration with like-minded peers, constant support and mentorship, a focus on company culture, and real work/life balance.

Case Managers enjoy all the same benefits as a Case Assistant, as well as:

  • Realistic caseloads and no evening or weekend work required
  • Opportunities to advance into leadership positions such as Treatment Center Directors
  • Focus on naturalistic developmental teaching strategies, assent-based care and values-based therapeutic practices
  • Treatment in our centers is guided by our clinical values of safety, dignity, trust, joy and empowerment
  • Onsite mentorship from colleagues and director-level clinicians
  • In-house free monthly CEU events
