Noelle Brown

Noelle Brown was raised in Seal Beach, CA. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of CA at San Diego, and her Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University. Noelle holds Single-Subject Teaching Credentials in English and History, and is a certified Gifted and Talented Education Teacher.

Noelle began her career as a high school teacher and is extremely passionate about education, socio-emotional learning, and student achievement. She joined the California Autism Center in 2024 after 15+ years in education including leading and managing multi-site school operations for 1-to-1 private schools. She focused on enhancing the school community experiences of children, families, and staff. She is passionate about creating environments where children can be fully immersed in a truly personalized learning environment, customized to fit their unique learning styles and needs.

Noelle was a competitive soccer player throughout her life, and is still involved in developing and coaching players in the Fresno community. Noelle enjoys spending as much times as possible outdoors (especially hiking in Shaver Lake), and spending time with her three active children and husband. When Noelle and her family are not immersed in after-school activities, they are focused on home renovations and planning their next outdoor adventure. She is new to the Fresno community and already loving the family-centric vibe and opportunities for children to thrive.
