Carla Doshas

With over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Carla brings a deep comprehensive understanding of the medical revenue cycle. In building and operating a medical billing company for over 19 years, she developed a hands-on knowledge applicable in every aspect of the revenue cycle. From data entry, to authorizations, billing, account collections and credentialing.

Carla also worked for commercial payors in roles such as Provider Liaison, Member Services, Customer Service Supervisor and Claims adjuster. Included in that list of employers, Blue Shield of California, HealthNet, National Medical Enterprises, Abbott Laboratories and Claims Management, Inc. (TPA). Carla's business (K&K Medical Billing Solutions) also provided professional medical bill review for attorney groups both here in the valley and the Los Angeles Area, where she is considered a designated expert witness in medical bill review and record review.

Carla's experience eventually brought her to the field of Autism, where she held positions as a Revenue Cycle Manager, at Central Valley Autism Project as well as Account Manager for Practice Managers, LLC. In October of 2024, she joined the team of California Autism Center, where she currently serves as the Billing Director.
